Responsibilities
- Direct and manage a team of analysts and specialists
- Evaluate forecasting and staffing models
- Communicate workload forecasts and changes
- Advise on operational needs and recommendations
- Respond to data discrepancies and escalate issues
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations
- Participate in workforce strategy meetings
