Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Operations
- 5+ years in workforce planning or vendor management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Experience with blue-collar labor planning
Responsibilities
- Oversee vendor performance and develop sourcing solutions
- Translate business goals into optimized workforce structures
- Allocate OT budgets and validate daily labor plans
- Drive labor cost forecasting and monitor direct labor costs
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in workforce management
- Manage staffing requests and validate monthly reviews
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the company
