Responsibilities

Manage all warehouse operations including inventory and order processing
Ensure accurate inventory records and reporting
Oversee order fulfillment for retail and B2B channels
Handle returns and slow-moving stock
Train and supervise warehouse staff
Develop and improve warehouse processes
Coordinate with sales and marketing for peak sales campaigns
