Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-4 years of experience in warehouse management
- Strong knowledge of stock control and documentation
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and MS Excel
- Good coordination and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Verify daily stock and share accurate reports
- Dispatch spare parts to partners with proper documentation
- Maintain billing and inbound/outbound records
- Manage warehouse staff performance and operations
- Maintain stock registers and documentation using Google Sheets
- Inform management about shortages or discrepancies
- Ensure approval before releasing products
- Coordinate logistics for safe movement of goods
- Conduct periodic stock audits
- Implement process improvements for efficiency
