Core Requirements
- 5-6 years experience in commercial operations
- Seagoing experience on Dry Bulk vessels
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience with IMOS operating system
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Responsibilities
- Assist the Chartering Department during pre-fixture negotiations.
- Execute voyage planning and orders for Masters.
- Liaise with Brokers, Charterers, and Owners for efficient voyage execution.
- Monitor ship performance and manage accounts.
- Negotiate and appoint port agents.
- Coordinate bunkers and optimize vessel routes.
- Maintain accurate record keeping and data management.
