- Ensure continuous and efficient production unit operations
- Coordinate with production leaders for optimal performance
- Maintain compliance with safety and environmental standards
- Ensure Quality Management Systems are followed
- Meet daily production targets
- Manage inventory and conduct stock takes
- Assist in creating work orders for maintenance
