Responsibilities
- Manage cash forecasting and planning activities.
- Handle day-to-day transactional needs of operations.
- Supervise domestic and foreign cash management.
- Drive process improvements for cash management.
- Assist in M&A efforts and evaluate acquisitions.
- Ensure compliance with SOX and corporate finance policies.
- Forecast daily cash needs for liquidity management.
