- Diploma or Higher Nitec in Marine & Offshore-related engineering disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in production work
- Certified Workplace Trainer & Assessor preferred
- Good knowledge of safety requirements and standards
- Strong presentation and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver technical training programs
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Conduct classroom and on-site instruction
- Prepare lesson plans and training materials
- Assess trainees' progress through tests and quizzes
- Collaborate with operations to identify skills gaps
- Maintain accurate training records for evaluation
