- Interface with Foundry and Test OSAT partners
- Ensure accuracy of test data from foundry and OSAT
- Manage test schedules for timely execution
- Collaborate to troubleshoot yield and test issues
- Implement corrective actions and track impact
- Generate work instructions
- Drive continuous improvement for production workflows
