- Drive agile ceremonies and maintain team rhythm.
- Manage backlog hygiene and prioritize stories.
- Plan and execute phased delivery strategies.
- Track delivery health through key metrics.
- Identify and resolve blockers and risks.
- Maintain delivery dashboards for stakeholders.
- Coordinate with DevOps and QA teams for readiness.
