- Manage daily team operations and attendance
- Conduct regular effective coaching sessions
- Identify and address team performance issues
- Ensure service delivery meets KPIs and financial expectations
- Facilitate communication about updates and expectations
- Address escalated customer issues with expertise
- Organize team meetings for information sharing
