Responsibilities
- Manage direct and indirect taxation, filings, audits, and assessments.
- Ensure timely statutory, regulatory, and financial reporting.
- Liaise with regulators, auditors, and tax authorities.
- Strengthen internal controls and risk management.
- Lead the compliance department in adherence to laws.
- Develop policies for regulatory compliance.
- Conduct training for staff on compliance matters.
