- Process vendor invoices into the accounting system.
- Schedule and process payments accurately and timely.
- Reconcile vendor and bank statements.
- Maintain organized accounts payable ledgers.
- Communicate with vendors for issue resolution.
- Assist in month-end closing procedures.
- Prepare reports on accounts receivables status.
