- Expertise in competency frameworks and leadership development
- Experience leading learning teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Define and implement a comprehensive talent development strategy
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on learning initiatives
- Identify learning needs through inputs and assessments
- Translate needs into impactful learning programs
- Design and deliver onboarding and upskilling programs
- Lead the delivery of both technical and behavioral learning
- Use data and analytics to measure program impact
