Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and stakeholders
- Manage interview logistics including calendar invites and video links
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates during the interview process
- Screen resumes and provide shortlisted profiles to hiring managers
- Maintain recruitment data and update tracking sheets
- Support offer rollout and onboarding processes
- Provide regular status updates on interview progress
