Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Business Administration
- 10+ years of experience in IT operations
- Proficiency in Apple MDM architecture
- ITIL 4 Foundation certification
- Google IT Support Professional Certificate
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of IT services across the Apple ecosystem.
- Optimize the end-to-end device lifecycle.
- Design and manage JAMF/Apple Business Manager environment.
- Oversee vendor performance for Apple-related services.
- Develop contingency and disaster recovery plans.
- Ensure compliance with privacy standards in support workflows.
- Manage complex cross-tower technical issues.
