Core Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in computer science
- 1-3 years of Technical/Application Support experience
- ITIL v3/v4 certification
- Strong understanding of IT industry
- Experience in SAP Applications preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide applications troubleshooting and on-site support
- Simulate user problems to resolve issues
- Coordinate activities to diagnose and rectify problems
- Develop preventive solutions
- Assist in testing and deployment of applications
- Monitor service level dashboards and health checks
- Maintain service operations documentation
