Core Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain
- Minimum 3 years in Operations/Supply Chain
- Experience in leading a team for at least 1 year
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Strong sense of urgency
Responsibilities
- Formulate supply chain process improvements
- Manage day-to-day supply chain operations
- Ensure accuracy in 3PL warehouse executions
- Work with customs brokers for timely clearances
- Optimize inbound/outbound warehouse processes
- Provide operational support for strategic plans
- Train team to improve service and rectify lapses
