- Ensure project compliance with safety and technical requirements
- Manage client relationships and improve their understanding of challenges
- Deliver proposals aligning with client expectations
- Collaborate with operational teams to meet Gross Profit targets
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members
- Conduct engineering studies and evaluate field development options
