- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
- 14-20 years of offshore structural engineering experience
- Strong background in analysis and design of Fixed Template Structures
- Experience with FEED/EPC projects
- Good understanding of geotechnical aspects
Responsibilities
- Perform structural analysis and design of offshore structures
- Develop structural models and engineering calculations
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
- Support design optimization initiatives
- Review structural deliverables and documentation
- Provide guidance to junior engineers
- Promote best practices across project teams
