- Familiarity with POS and inventory management systems

- Manage daily store operations including sales and stock
- Develop marketing strategies and sales promotions
- Train and motivate team members
- Ensure product availability according to trends
- Analyze sales and provide improvement recommendations
- Coordinate with central management on policies
- Maintain store cleanliness and product display
