- Manage technical projects in sterilization.
- Develop and evaluate sterilization technologies.
- Conduct R&D to enhance production quality.
- Lead sterilization process validation.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Collaborate with R&D and quality teams.
- Support production troubleshooting.
