Responsibilities
- Familiarize with site and process systems.
- Review operating and test procedures.
- Coordinate with site training for operators.
- Ensure safe working conditions and perform risk assessments.
- Lead daily safety rounds and ensure proper housekeeping.
- Drive the production team during start-up sequences.
- Supervise field and control room operators.
