Responsibilities
- Provide post-sales support and project implementation
- Conduct project kickoff meetings and document procedures
- Align project implementation with the signed scope of work
- Manage documentation for processes and procedures
- Stay updated on new solutions and product patches
- Ensure SLA compliance and ticket management
- Collaborate with the post-sales team to achieve goals
