Core Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2 years of Java application development.
Proficiency in Core Java, Servlet/JSP, JDBC, and Hibernate.
Understanding of object-oriented programming and software architecture.
Japanese language proficiency at N3 level.

Responsibilities

Analyze and transform business requirements into functional software applications.
Participate in the entire software development lifecycle: design, development, testing, and deployment.
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code.
Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and resolve system bottlenecks and bugs.
Maintain code quality through organization and automation processes.
Research and propose new technologies and solutions for system improvement.
