Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repair of equipment for clients
- Develop operational management plans for projects
- Coordinate with project teams to resolve operational issues
- Report to the department head on warranty and project issues
- Monitor and control the quality of warranty services
- Assist in the implementation of new projects
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the department head
