Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups and retrospectives
- Coaching teams on Agile principles and practices
- Remove impediments affecting the team's progress
- Collaborate with product owners to manage backlog and priorities
- Promote self-organization within the team
- Ensure transparency and effective communication across teams
- Monitor team performance and implement improvements
