Core Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations support or logistics.
  • Experience with ticketing systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with Excel proficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve operational support tickets related to logistics.
  • Track records for Value-Added Services charges.
  • Investigate and resolve operational issues.
  • Act as liaison between Warehouse and stakeholders.
  • Process warehouse claims accurately and timely.
  • Ensure compliance with Return-To-Seller processes.
  • Identify and document operational bottlenecks.
