Core Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in SAP Service Management
- Strong understanding of service and after-sales business processes
- Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA
- Proficiency in integrating SM with SD, MM, and FICO
- Strong communication and analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Configure pricing, billing, and settlement for service processes.
- Support end-to-end service lifecycle from request to billing.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT.
- Provide production support and resolve incidents.
- Prepare documentation and user training.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer.
