- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
- 5+ years of SAP BASIS experience

- Proven leadership experience in managing teams
Responsibilities
- Lead the SAP BASIS team in system management
- Oversee system installations and upgrades
- Ensure SAP systems meet performance and security standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP system issues
- Collaborate with other teams to integrate SAP with other systems
- Train and mentor junior team members
- Document system configurations and processes
