Experience with sales tracking and reporting software.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the sales capability training strategy.
Train new hires to rapidly enhance sales skills.
Enhance Sales Managers' effectiveness as coaches.
Assess sales force competencies alongside sales leaders.
Design product training programs for team members.
Embed product training into new hire onboarding.
Measure effectiveness of sales training interventions.
