Responsibilities
- Support customers and the Sales team with updates on policies and products.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Assist in customer management activities and update CRM.
- Coordinate with departments for customer account management.
- Perform tasks assigned by the Team Leader.
- Monitor customer interactions and ensure satisfaction.
- Provide timely support to enhance customer experience.
