Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers to provide technical solutions
- Prepare quotations based on project specifications
- Liaise with factories for product selection and pricing
- Maintain knowledge of company products and applications
- Update order information accurately in the management system
- Manage customer orders and ensure timely fulfillment
- Resolve order-related discrepancies and issues
