Responsibilities
- Handle online sales enquiries via Email, WhatsApp, and marketplace platforms
- Prepare quotations based on customer requirements
- Request pricing from suppliers as needed
- Follow up on quotations and close sales
- Coordinate orders from supplier to delivery
- Record sales details accurately using Excel/Google Sheets
- Support after-sales matters and customer communication
