- Identify and prospect suitable SME audit firms.
- Reach out through various channels like LinkedIn and email.
- Craft outreach messages and perform follow-ups.
- Qualify leads with quick fit checks.
- Schedule calls directly on the company calendar.
- Maintain a tracking sheet of outreach and meetings.
- Achieve up to 10 qualified meetings in 2 months.
