Core Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in Order to Cash operations.
- Strong understanding of the E2E OTC process landscape.
- Proven experience in process standardization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary expert for OTC sub-processes.
- Evaluate and identify inefficiencies in current processes.
- Develop project charters and business cases.
- Create standardized global process maps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process alignment.
- Define performance metrics and governance mechanisms.
- Conduct workshops for process buy-in and adoption.
