Responsibilities

Develop sales plans and manage sales performance
Define strategic development direction for the department
Manage customer portfolio and oversee contracts
Handle departmental receivables and debts
Recruit, train, and mentor team members
Prepare and submit work reports to the Board of Directors
Optimize sales policies regularly
