Core Requirements
- Graduate engineer with Degree/Diploma in Industrial Safety
- NEBOSH IGC/Construction Safety preferred
- Minimum 18+ years of experience
- Experience in safety management in ropeway or high-altitude projects
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive EHS strategies and safety programs.
- Oversee safety compliance during construction phases.
- Monitor safety protocols throughout the project.
- Implement world-class safety standards in projects.
- Develop project-specific safety and emergency response plans.
- Conduct risk assessments for construction activities.
- Lead and mentor a team of EHS professionals.
