Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- 8–12 years of IT delivery, project, or program management experience
- Demonstrated experience in card technology initiatives
- Professional certifications like PMP, Agile/SAFe, or ITIL
- Strong understanding of cards & payments and vendor management
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery across the Cards portfolio.
- Drive execution of the CMS replacement program.
- Oversee 3rd-party cards platforms integration.
- Manage testing, certification, and go-live readiness.
- Own BAU service performance and manage SLAs.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams.
- Ensure high platform stability and resolve incidents.
