Responsibilities
- Develop short- and long-term strategy and goals for the squad.
- Focus on achieving financial KPIs and removing roadblocks.
- Coordinate daily activities and ensure Agile work cadence.
- Act as a hands-on coach for the sales team.
- Manage squad’s performance and provide feedback.
- Own squad’s pipeline management for growth.
- Liaison with deal supporting teams like legal and finance.
