- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Manage full life-cycle recruiting for clients.
- Create job ads and recruitment strategies.
- Conduct candidate communication and onboarding.
- Extensive use of data to drive sourcing strategies.
- Prepare candidates for interviews and adjust resumes.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Report on recruitment effectiveness and stats.
