Core Requirements
- Final-year student or recent graduate
- Degree in Food Technology, Biology, Pharmacy, or Engineering
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to commit to a 6-month internship
Responsibilities
- Lead a project on Quality Operations digitalization
- Participate in document management improvement projects
- Assist with QAS audit readiness and compliance checks
- Oversee FSMS documentation flow
- Develop and update SOPs and Work Instructions
- Support internal audits and facility inspections
- Ensure effective FSMS implementation
