Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of properties and oversee maintenance.
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance with technicians.
- Inspect properties regularly and identify necessary works.
- Manage service providers and obtain maintenance quotations.
- Attend to tenant feedback and manage relationships.
- Coordinate tenancy fitting-out processes.
- Assist in budget preparation and management.
