Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 2 years of property accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Proficient in accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 8-10 properties
- Authorize invoice payments with Property Accounts Payable Specialist
- Review monthly deposits and prepare financial statements
- Maintain Excel schedules for financial reporting
- Generate month-end and year-end financial reports
- Prepare and post monthly journal entries
- Initiate monthly wire transfers for payments
