- Provide overall program governance for PMU activities.
- Monitor adherence to project scope, milestones, and SLAs.
- Establish project governance structures.
- Review key deliverables, progress reports, and invoices.
- Identify risks and facilitate resolution of issues.
- Support leadership with decision-making documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards.
