Core Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Control Instrumentation/Automation/Electronics Engineering
- Over 10 years of hands-on engineering experience
- Minimum 5 years as a Project Lead Engineer
- Experience with Distributed Control Systems (DCS)
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering activities for projects.
- Collaborate on project installation and commissioning.
- Coach project engineers and designers.
- Supervise teams in various engineering disciplines.
- Apply design thinking in projects.
- Ensure efficient execution of engineering tasks.
- Act as a design authority for engineering assignments.
