Core Requirements
- D3 or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture Engineering
- 1-2 years of experience in the Built Environment industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of building operational workflows
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Assist Project Manager in coordination tasks.
- Conduct due diligence with Project Manager.
- Perform property checklist with owners.
- Supervise utilities upgrade works.
- Purchase and deliver operational upgrade items.
- Ensure onboarding paperwork is current and filed.
- Solve building technical problems as needed.
