Responsibilities
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
- Coordinate logistics for team sessions.
- Prepare meeting agendas and objectives.
- Take meeting minutes and distribute summaries.
- Update project plans using Jira and Excel.
- Communicate status updates to the Project Manager.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
