- Proven track record in digital product launches
- Strong understanding of digital lending products
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of lending products
- Identify potential digital solutions and business partners
- Work with partners to structure deals and financial projections
- Collaborate with UI/UX and project management teams
- Assess impact of new product launches and develop roadmaps
- Drive product adoption using data-driven approaches
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives to acquire and retain users
