Core Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Studies or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Bancassurance or product development

- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork
Responsibilities
- Support product development for Bancassurance
- Coordinate with stakeholders for product launch readiness
- Liaise with vendors for marketing initiatives
- Oversee Bancassurance related system enhancements
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing with internal departments
- Prepare reports for business performance tracking
- Create campaign decks for communication with Bank Partners
